Contact FOTO-PROS! - Upon contacting FOTO-PROS! one of our representatives will work with you to determine you organization's photo day needs. We have a variety of fund raising options and league benefits available. We can then determine a photo day date that will best suite your needs. NOTE: Photo dates in the Spring, Fall, Winter fill quickly, so the sooner you can book the better!

We send out schedule and order forms - After the photo date is established we'll send out a photo day schedule and order forms for each of your players. As always, we will be available for any questions you might have regarding your photo day schedule.

Photo Day! - Upon your scheduled photo day we will send out a crew of professionally trained photographers and assistants to the determined location. From that point on we handle all the details!

Return Photos - Two to three weeks after your photo day your leagues photos will be ready to be returned. We have a variety of options to return photos, from returning to your organization to mailing out to players homes.

Customer Service - After the photo day is complete we will remain available to anyone in your organization with any questions or concerns. We will also help schedule a makeup/reshoot day if necessary. We take pride in our customer service and our timely addressing of any issues.

NEW! Online Re-Orders - After the photos are returned to the players and parents they now have the option of reordering additional custom products safely and securely through our online store.
